On the first version, I forgot to change the perk prerequisites to be the SPERG versions, so even though they'd show up on the tree, they would be unusable. Fixed that now.
I also put them in seperate downloads.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't have bothered without his Perk Tree UI editor script, because the CK is a nightmare.
