Yeah I'm 99.9% positive this doesn't work anymore. I haven't been able to get this to work at all which is a real shame. Was easily one of my top 5 mods once upon a time.
is there a value limit for the chest to beable to sell? i tried a item that was worth 720,000,000 gold x 1 (mod item and i was curious) and didnt work/sell.
just tried to sell 4.8 million mammoth tusks = 720 million gold and it just disappeared no gold.
For future reference, [Barter Fix(SKSE Plugin)] fixes the Merchant Gold Bug. It works so well that even Player-enchanted items can be sold for their correct value.
The mailboxes are not showing up for me. Could it have anything to do with the fact I transfered the save from PS3 and bought the houses before playing it on PC> Or am I missing something with how to activate the chests?

Confirmed, the mod freeze the game when you exit the box screen. Also, for everyone wondering how you set up the mailbox, as it's not written anywhere, from what I've seen, you need a "mailbox material" (you can spawn them through the console). Then sneak, and "drop" the material from the inventory where you want the box.
I reverted to the old files, but the trader never come, and the item stay in the box forever.
It's PERFECT! I've been going nuts trying to figure out how to add a vendor to a modded house, and this is even better! I grabbed the non-MCM version, and it's working fine.
One minor problem (I'm running ~150 mods, so the issue is probably on my end, but the fix might be useful to others): I obtained the Mailbox Materials (found them by accident in a wardrobe in a bandit hideout, of all places), but I couldn't place the mailbox as instructed by the description: I dropped the item on the ground and...nothing. The dropped item briefly appeared as a basket before winking out of existence. I tried reloading the save, restarting the game, dropping the materials inside vs. outside, in stealth and out of stealth--nothing. So I finally just did a console search for "trader" to find the item code for the mailbox itself, and typed "player.placeatme <code>". Worked like a charm.
I loved this mod and am missing it so much!!!! But my hard drive died and with the mod hidden, I can't reinstall. Anyone know of a similar alternative?
