I messaged the mod author, they said that for reason's they're not completely sure about, the mod loses stability over time. I was told the best way to deal with it was to uninstall the mod, load up the game, walk like 5 feet, make a save file with the mod disabled, and then reinstall the mod.
If anyone has problems with this mod and the reloading of screams does not work properly, then download another fully working mod: Individual Shout Cooldowns
I will concur with another user that this mod is already compatible with SE and does not need to be ported. Huzzah! Bizarrely, it works fine to just install it like any other SE mod (I did so manually, and others have said Vortex works).
Sometimes during battles, seems like the cooldown is bugged and you can't use any shout or switch between them (i think it fix when you drag your weapon). It doesn't happen very often but during dragon fights where i'm constantly using hotkeys to switch shouts I always find this bug, at least one time per fight and I usually die there.
Hi, I installed this mod and found a bug regarding the comparability with THUNDERCHILD mod. There is a quest in THUNDERCHILD mod that makes the shouts below 60 seconds to 10 seconds cooldown. But the Individualized shout mod is not updating the cooldown time; instead it is cooling down as per the original time. Please can you look into this.
So much better than vanilla! Simple installation. Haven't found any problems. Thank you for this mod, really adds to the value to the shout system without overpowering it, but instead, adds diversity and complexity to the combat.

2. Start up the game again, and make sure shouts are off cooldown
3. Create a new save file
4. Restart the game and load that new save file, with the mod/plugin enabled
This works for me at least
Individual Shout Cooldowns
Now I can summon Durnehviir and Odahviing simultaneously XD.
For the rest it works perfectly.

It works perfectly well, just download it manually and install with NMM (By clicking on the green "+" symbol and selecting the archive)
