Completely rewrote the entire mod to address some issues with quest objectives not being triggered by shouts. Also addresses an issue with Whirlwind Sprint being abusable. Also fixes a couple of other known issues. Also removes the 4-second global cooldown. And finally, when switching shouts, your cooldown meter at the top updates to the cooldown of the currently equipped shout.
