Adds an Enchanting table to the Inn. Places a Tent with a bedroll and a locked chest in Riverwood to left of mill. Bedroll and chest are player owned. The key for the chest is in the sack to the left of the bedroll.

Should be compatible with anything as long as it does not add anything to the affected areas.

There is a mod on nexus called "Riverwood smelter" that adds a smelter next to the blacksmith so I did not add that in this mod.
