Changes a couple magic related gameplay things to enhance the experience. Also a couple other small changes to some minor elements get tweaked.

This personal tweak mod is a very simple mod that probably any advanced mod maker could have done in their sleep. Just uploading for fun, might help someone out.

Basically I play as a Mage and was annoyed with a couple things so I just started changing things here and there; here is everything I've Tweaked so far. Makes the experience much better IMO.

2.1 changes: Just a small hotfix update to include the recent Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch changes to Dead Thrall and just update some copies of magic effects found in the patch to make sure everything is working right.


2.0 changes: I wanted to make the master level spells better in some way and it seemed like given the amount of mana you need to use in relation to the effectiveness of the spells were very lacking; so I changed the casting time of all of them down to 1 second and enabled dual-casting.  The exception is the conjuration spells no need to change cast time and lightning storm changed down to 0 since there is already a natural 1 second wind-up to the spell.

I also made firestorm to ignore LOS so there was a better reason to use the spell given its high mana cost and not great damage on high difficulty with mods like Revenge of the Enemies and things like that. 

Last small change was wanted having Shadowmere to be less frustrating in combat so changed AI package to Unaggressive, Cautious, and Helps Nobody.

*2.0 was re-uploaded with small hotfix: the AI for Shadowmere/Arvak was not working as intended so changed them both to Unaggresssive, Cowardly, and Helps Nobody.  The master spell Dead Thrall magnitude was changed to work on compatible enemies up to level 99.  Re-download 2.0 and overwrite.

Recommended Installation use NMM!

Manual Instructions:

-Place in skyrim/data folder
-Place after Unofficial Skyrim/Dawnguard Patches -or- Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch in load order
-Play!

1.0 Changes:
(Item/Spell )
-Change all master level destruction spells to allow dual casting and fix blizzard bug.
-Change Dragonhide spell to normal armor type spell. provides +150 armor for 60 secs.
-Change Shadow warrior to last 4 secs and make spellabsorb unaffected.
-Change Morokei's armor to none and restore proper enchantment.
-Reduce ward cost by 50%.
-Reduce dual casting cost to x2 so you benefit now.


(Bromjunaar)
-Created Conjure Dragon Priest Spell Tome reward for finishing Bromjunaar, placed in locked chest.
(I thought you should get something a little more special for finishing Bromjunaar and collecting all the masks)
-Created a key for the chest that falls from the bust once ALL masks are placed in it.


(Horses)
-Increased Arvak's speed, stamina, and health.
-Increased Shadowmere's speed and stamina slightly, while matching update.esm health.


(Mage Armor Perk)
-Mage Armor now Multiplies duration and magnitude of armor spells.
-Mage Armor now provides small passive armor with rank.

Notes:
*SEE README FOR SPECIFICS ABOUT ALL THESE CHANGES* Obviously if your using another mod that has changes in these areas there will be a problem. This mod is a take it or leave it so its up to you if you choose to use it. I have opened other mods for inspiration on how to learn things, but made all these changes myself so please don't complain that I'm copying other mods (I'm sure there are more advanced and better made mods for everything I did here but that's not the point).
