Copy the .ess file into your savegame folder (Documents/My Games/Skyrim/saves)

YOU CAN SIMPLY DOWNLOAD THIS SAVEGAME AND SAVE THE FACE MORPHS WITH RACE MENU F9 OPTION, DOING THIS YOU'LL BE ABLE TO IMPORT THIS FACE MESH INTO YOUR CURRENT PLAYING CHARACTER, THEN YOU CAN DELETE THIS SAVEGAME WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!
