I have retired from modding Skyrim. I hereby give blanket permission for anyone to use, modify, rehost or port any of my content to Special Edition, provided proper credit is given.

It has been a blast being a part of this community and it makes me very happy that my work is still appreciated by so many. Have fun creating!

    Love,
    Saeri

    Management Changes
I'm pleased to announce that I have granted juf0816 editing access to the Gemling Queen Jewelry page. He will help me maintain the mod, take care of bugfixes and answer support questions when I am unavailable. In particular, any questions or requests concerning left hand rings patches are best directed at him, since he made those meshes for me in the first place.

Juf has been a great help to me in the past, so I am very happy to have him aboard. I hope you all will be very welcoming to the newest member of the crew!

    Vanilla Jewelry Combinations
I added a new resource pack over on my Gemling Queen Resources page. I contains material/gem combinations of rings/circlets that are not available in the vanilla game. Check the changelog for a full list of included variants.

These meshes were requested by several people who use other jewelry mods, such as More Jewelry Combinations, but also wanted the new items to have my prettier gems. Note that I do not cater to a specific mod like the one mentioned above - I simply provide the meshes, you will have to figure out yourself which meshes to replace and where to put them. It's also not a complete set of all possible combinations, you may find that some of the more atrocious variants (e.g. jade + garnet) are missing. I will not add them, but I can explain how it's done should anyone want to do it themselves.

If you use a mod that adds new jewelry combinations that you would like to be affected by my replacer, head over to the resource page. You might find something of use in my meshes. Otherwise, feel free to ignore this post.

Just popping over to Oldrim to remember Saerileth.

Thank you so much. Since 2014, this has been a must for me, through accounts I've long since forgotten the login info for, through the SE release and the ports, and still using it in Skyrim AE.  You're amazing, a true modding hero of mine. For almost a decade now, I've used this amazing mod. I can't believe how long iz been sometimes.

I was literally just a young teenager when I first started using your mod. And it was always on my mind when I began modding Skyrim again. I'll never forget ya, Miriam.

Thank you for such a masterpiece. Hats off for outstanding quality! I just wish somebody would extend it to work with Beyond Skyrim: Bruma mod materials' textures.

Necroing this thread in order to let new people know that you can still combine this with Better Circlets HQ as described in this mods description despite Better Circlets HQ Nexus page being down. It's still available legitimately, bundled inside the STEP Compilation, so you can just extract the mod from there and then go ahead and follow Saerileth's method of combining them. The end result looks great!

The uploader also ported some of my other mods (Barenziah, White Phial, Aetherial Crown). Please use the search function in the future.

Meshes for all the missing metal/gem combinations are in my resource pack (link stickied above). I don't add them to the game though, you'd need to use a mod that has them and replace the meshes with mine (some of them already use my meshes).

I have to say that this replacement is goddamn gorgeous. The only issue I've ever ran into is that several rings seem to remain untextured by this.

    The following rings are:
Gold Amethyst Ring (Both normal and Flawless)
Gold Garnet Ring (Both normal and Flawless)
Gold Ruby Ring (Both normal and Flawless)
Silver Diamond Ring (Both normal and Flawless)
Silver Emerald Ring (Both normal and Flawless)
Silver Sapphire Ring (Both normal and Flawless)

I'm not sure if this is because of a mod conflict or something. I re-installed this several times and made sure to overwrite everything and there was no change. Is there a way I can fix this?

Considering that none of these items exist in vanilla Skyrim, I'd say it's a mod problem. :P

I figured as much. Is there a way I can apply these textures to these rings then? It's kinda off putting seeing your beautiful rings then just seeing those terrible Vanilla-looking ones.

I have meshes for those combinations (though nothing "flawless") in my mod resource pack here. You need to figure out where your other mod saves the meshes for those items, most likely you can look into the zip archive that you installed it from to get the correct paths, or open the mod in the Creation Kit. Replace the meshes with appropriately renamed meshes from my resources. IMPORTANT: don't move around any of the textures! You can ignore those and it should work, since you're already using GQJewelry.

Turns out those rings are from Jewelcraft. I don't use the .esp since it's not required for CCOR, so it was fairly easy to replace everything with your resources. My rings are now beautiful and doesn't look like their crappy Vanilla-counterpart. Thank you so much.

Amazing beautiful jewelry<3 Makes the vanilla jewelry so much better and worth actually collecting with this. Thank you so much for making this mod!

Edit: sadly Better Circlets HQ is not around, the link is broken and I couldn't find it... Is it possible for you to include that texture on this mod? Not just the gem? Probably not possible since the author of that mod removed it off nexus for some reason. Damn shame, it definitely was better then the rest. But anyway, atleast your mod is still here.

A simply beautiful replacement of the vanilla jewelry. The gemstones are utterly fantastic, and Gamwich's textures for the rings/necklaces are the icing on the cake. I personally went with the combined combo to give a bit more variety to the items, making the gold items look a bit more intricate and the silver a bit less so adds just enough variation to keep things interesting. Endorsement easily earned, my thanks to you Saerileth, and to Gamwich for yet even more mods that continue to improve this game. Cheers.

The plugin GQJ_DG_vampireamuletfix.esp doesn't seem to be entirely redundant like the desc. page states:
    Spoiler:
    Show
"Update 27 January 2015: The weight slider fix for the Amulets of Night Power is included in the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch as of version 2.0.8 and is thus obsolete. I will remove the plugin from future updates of Gemling Queen Jewelry."

I'm not sure about the obsolete UDGP but the USLEEP changelog states:
"Amulet of The Gargoyle and Amulet of Bats did not have the female weight sliders enabled on their armor add-on records (DLC1VampireAmulet01AA & DLC1VampireAmulet03AA) (Bug #17978)"

The only problem here is that the plugin still fixes DLC1VampireAmulet02AA and ...04AA weight sliders and adds DLC1NordRace to all four, which usleep doesn't, but I doubt the latter is ever relevant in game.
Unless amulets 02AA and 04AA shouldn't have weight sliders on them for some reason, the plugin is still useful.
