Nice house. I liked the boat scheme too. I love your other mod "Ravenholm", the only trouble are the mannequins, they appear in different places, it's scary.
i really like the house, was looking for the key to the passage but no luck :c also anyway that the armor can be setup as unp? i tried creating the folder for the meshes renaming the unp armor but it looks like the weight is setup all the way to 1
Where is the key that connects the castles? I've found both entrances but am at a loss for the key. I know it says in the Keep but where and from who? HELP!!!
Anyone else having a nasty problem with the Dragon Priest Masks?
I can put them in place, but then when trying to retrieve them, they vanish from the bust, but they aren't returned to the inventory, they are forever lost.
The only exception to this is the wooden mask.
EDIT: I noticed the "Hjerim TNF - Hearthfire" also has the dragon busts and they have the same problem. I can confirm that removing the Unofficial Skyrim Patch fixes the busts. I believe they tried to fix the whole "when recovering the masks any improvement from the workbench is lost" and they ended up breaking the busts in the player home.

I seem to be having a small issue with the "bless this house" spell with the multiple adoptions patch. I've tried setcellownership and even trying to find the the interior cell in the creation kit to check the ownership status and change it if necessary.
However, i have been unsuccessful in both attempts and various other "fixes". Any idea what the problem may be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for sharing another beautiful home with us all!

It's in a pantry in the blood barrel room.
I can put them in place, but then when trying to retrieve them, they vanish from the bust, but they aren't returned to the inventory, they are forever lost.
The only exception to this is the wooden mask.
