Hello can someone help me i am trying to find mod that change the color of the icons but you can change the color as you want in the game i seen all colored map icons mods and i didn t find one that you can change the color of the icons as you want i am veteran plalyer i know the map as the skin of my hand i like the grey color of the vanila skyrim the problem is i need the colored icons to mark the places that i cleared or i did all quest for example some cave don t have cleared mark but i cleared then or i did all quest in some city i want to paint it with for example green color i didn t need to wonder if i did or didnt copmlet some quest in it
It works just fine without errors with the newest Skyui 5.
Go to SKYUI MCM menu ingame. Then to 'advanced' panel. And then on the rightside you will see 'SWF VERSION CHECKING'. Below that uncheck the 'MAP' option.
I know it's been said, and that years have passed without an update. However, this is by far my favorite map marker recolor, and it's just a shame that it's not usable. I'd love an official update by the1holy.
Barring that, I've been trying to do it myself. I've exported the icons from map.swf, but I can't figure out how to import them into mapmarkerart.swf. It doesn't seem that a import/replace option exists in any of the software I've seen.
I'm not really an expert at modding this kind of stuff, so anyone willing and able to complete this task would be appreciated.
Yeah Thanks for creating this mod. I think its the best one. SkiUI has been updated and your map.swf causes it to produce an error. I've read over on the skyui page that no changes have been made to Interface\SkyUi\mapmarkerart.swf . That file was separated from the main game for something like this and wont be modified in the future versions of skyui.
If you have the time and desire could you update your mod, possibly changing it to mapmarkerart.swf so you wont have to worry about another skyui update.
I'd like to request that you make this into something bigger, with reworked Hud elements, etc, and an MCM (mod configuration menu within SkyUI) so that some customization of icon sizes, of various possible color schemes, etc. could be done.
This looks like the best colored icon pack, to me. I'd be excited to see it become something really legendary.
Anyhow, thanks for all the work you put in to this! I'll endorse after using.
