Just a plain little useful house by Whiterun, with categorized storage and all the basic crafting stations.
- Permissions and credits
This is a small house near Whiterun, by Pelagia Farm. It contains all the vanilla crafting stations: cookpot, alchemy workbench, enchanting workbench, smelter, tanning rack, smith's anvil, sharpening wheel, work table, and wood chopping block. There are also specific containers for different types of materials: smithing supplies, jewelry box, ingredient satchel, etc. I included a few basic supplies, as well.
This isn't a beautiful work of art or anything like that. It's designed for functionality more than anything. No fancy scripts, nothing terribly special, no real decorations, just a place to put your stuff so you can get to it easily, and craft whatever you want with it.

INSTALL: Just unzip and drop the .esp into your Skyrim/Data folder.
