SIMPLE WORLDWIDE INTERIOR FAST TRAVEL- S.W.I.F.T.

I made this mod for myself since the mod that I was using did not cover Dawnguard and Dragonborn locations and the one that did had extraneous master files. Quite simply this mod allows you to travel from any interior cell in Skyrim or Solstien to any exterior cell via the fast travel mode. There are certain intentional exclusions because fast travel from these locations might break the quest involved. The only change to any interior cell is the ability to fast travel.This is designed as a convenience mod to bypass multiple loading screens.

THIS MOD SINCE IT AFFECTS SO MANY CELLS NEEDS TO BE AS CLOSE TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR LOAD ORDER AS POSSIBLE, PREFERABLY LAST.
It will not work on new cells created by other authors.

It has been playtested with Skyrim V-1.9.32.08, Dawnguard DLC and Dragonborn DLC, it works with or without SKSE.
