Makes the spriggan in Snapleg Cave a potential follower who is flagged essential, and gives her some of the spells most other spriggans have, other than that, she is entirely unaltered. Yes she can carry things, and do anything vanilla companions can, other than equip what you give her.

Unfortunately she can't heal the player yet (I eventually might be able to change that, but don't count on it, as making followers who heal the player is much harder than just making followers), although she does heal herself.
