A small plugin that causes the Moonpath quest to start only after The Way of the Voice, designed by DavidTheFalcon. Must be loaded AFTER Moonpath_questdata but BEFORE the typo patch. Success appears to vary, however. If the quest does not start, uninstalling the delayed start plugin and reloading a save before the courier delivers the letter will start the quest as normal.
