A simple workaround for a locked Mortar and pestle door during service hour.

What this fixes:
The Mortar and Pestle is always locked up during service hour. If you get inside, Frida tells you you're trespassing.
Why this is released:
UKSP team wouldn't include my simple workaround (back in 2012... and still no news from them...) so I just have to upload it here as a separate mod. I've been using it and don't see the door getting locked during service hour ever again. It locks normally off business hour.
Installation:
Use TES5Edit to merge it to whatever mega patch mod you're using (I've been doing that all along)
