I use this with Winter Overhaul 2019, I have it loaded after it but when i visit riften, there's still snow under the roofs. I do use DynDOLOD so i'm unsure as to why there's snow. Any advice?
It should be "save" to uninstall the mod mid-play through, it only sets new static objects.
But I would never advice to uninstall mods this way. Best way to go would be to go back in time to a save game where the mod in question was not installed and go on from there after you uninstall any mod.
Okay, got it. Thanks for the answer. Sad thing about uninstalling mods is that often happens that save, when mod has not been installed has been done a long time ago(( I have never thought about this while playing Fallout, since it almost never have been mentioned on mod pages, that uninstalling mods mid-playthrough is dangerous (maybe some particular and huge mods are exception), so I have been changing my load order every day. Skyrim is a different case...
snows are not clashing with feets. i once go on a winterhold quest where my feet is glitching ,well outside of it ,location where the dungeon of the previous arch mage and his fellow mages, labyrinthian and personally didn't like it is there a patch for that? or is it just like this to perform performance? other than that this is amazing mod, and would like the snows on labyrinthian get collisions and some other snows where you cannot reach is remained untouched, for performance
That is a known issue with the mod. The new NSUTR meshes have no collision map baked into them so there is no physics interaction possible (also true for the SSE version).
Chance of fixing this is not great, especially for this very outdated LE version.
I wouldn't take the mod's name so literally. Yes, the snow can get under the roof, but then the inhabitants must come and remove it with a shovel. Otherwise, it looks like the place is abandoned or that its inhabitants are careless about its upkeep. If, for some reason, you like your towns and villages looking messy and abandoned, lucky you, vanilla Skyrim got you covered. I like mine looking clean and busy, so I use and recommend this mod to anyone who likes them the same way. Not to mention that the 3D snow covering the roofs makes them look much prettier, but that's just my opinion.
Found a bug. I was doing the mages quest and went to labyrinthian from the south. Every time I went through the arch I would CTD. I had to go through every mod I had till I got to this mod. It is otherwise a good mod though. I'll keep an eye out on this mod in the future.
Thank you for your report. Please if possible post a Picture with a reference ID near the CDT area (open console and select / click an object like the arch or the ground...). Or use mods like DynDOLOD (mcm - you are here option) or Where in Oblivion am I to capture the xyz and cell data. Thank you.
Can you confirm the CTD if you playing with only USLEP and NSUTR are active? Try to build up from there to find the mod additional to NSUTR causing the CDT.
Personally, I never experienced a CDT at the outside area of Labyrinthian regardless on Oldrim or SSE when using only NSUTR with or without USLEP/USSEP. But I have to admit I don’t play Oldrim and only fire it up to check bugs and differences between Oldrim and SSE vision of NSUTR.
If you are wondering why I'm asking, I made a bugfix mod for SSE’s version of NSUTR and planning to backport it to Oldrim sometime in the future.

The only possible update will be related to small issues like snow covered items.
