Simple batch file that will change (and make persistent thru saves) you 1H, 2H, and duel weapon speeds. Cutomizible instructions in the batch file.

Simple batch file that increases you 1H,2H, and duel weapon speeds. They are set to 190% of normal which is 20% higher than level 3 Elemental Fury. Instructions on how to set what speed you want is in the bat file speed.txt, just set whatever value you want. Once you execute the batch file it will save info to your save and the changes will be permanent- no need to type it in each game. To reset it back to normal just change the batch file values back to 1 (witch is normal speed) or to whatever you like. Info in the batch file.
Installation:
Drop data folder into your main Skyrim folder.
in console type:
bat speed
