Version 2.0
Storage house changed to Innkeepers private house. Dockworker Quarters is now a storage area. Guard Post at the end of the docks/harbour. Better AI and more NPC's. Prison with guards and prisoners. Dockworkers got a new place to live in. Connected both the docks.

Made an Optional for Better Docks users. also added missing nif for NPC's so now they wont have grey faces anymore.

fixed the navmesh on the wooden platform so npc's wont get stuck halfway down/up.
