"Or rather than replacing your .ini with this one, just open them both up and manually edit the shadows stuff in yours so it matches this file. Outright replacing your .ini files is a bad idea since there's usually differences in the new ones that you don't want."

better than myself could ever hope to be).
This file may not work for everybody and it might make the
problem even worth, but I personally think that it is worth a
shot and if you too lazy ( like me once upon a time) to look
for guides.
Remember, this is SkyrimPrefs ini so it goes in where you
save the game, back that up and replace yours with this one.
