Brings the Silence enchantment to Skyrim. Turn powerful mages into robe wearing sissies!

One of my favourite enchantments from Oblivion, now working in Skyrim. Silence blocks the target from casting spells for a short duration.
Standard weapon template scattered through the random loot lists.
I built this mod as an exercise in using the CK.
Note: Mages equipped with a staff can still use them, Silence only prevents them from using their own Magicka pool.
Also great for Vampires, as Silence prevents them from healing themselves at your expense.
