What it is

2.3 update, now has support for followers as well as a smelter.

This is a small alchemists home; it is very compact with all of the amenity's,
Unlike Snow Gate Farm, this house was focused more on looks and function so it doesn't quite fit with skyrim.

it features mostly custom containers with named and some un-named storage, the bookshelves are static for the look, but are unlimited storage instead of the limited bookshelves.

The trapdoor to the forge is under the dinner table

The Key

In order to get access you can pick the lock, or look at the riddle on the front step and try to find the key, if you really cant find it through that, I will tell you it is veay close to the home, and you only need to get your feet a little wet.


Compatibility

The book covers mod is not compatible due to the bookshelves being static, you can use the mod however the books in the case will not have the new covers
as well as any mod that uses the location of the house
