Fixed Brynjolf's invulnerability issue

Fixed redemption Jarl Laila Lawgiver sometimes not firing & always guarding (thanks to ZZhukov) and fixed prisoner not following when he/she says : "I didn't mean nothing by it! Just... leave me alone! What do you want?"

Place in Data\SEQ only if you have issues with the dialogue not showing up.
