See there are actually 2 ingredients named Salt Pile and while they look the same, they have different effects. Salmon Roe is from Hearthfire so I assume you do not have that DLC. I like to label my lists just to keep track of what I have in there to avoid duplicates, keep track of where I'm at while making them, and it makes it handy to be able to just copy for a single item when that is all I need to spawn later on.
