Windhelm Industrialized is a mod that aims to make the city of Windhelm look and feel like a primitive industrial city. This mod adds simple aesthetic changes that can be viewed from both inside and outside the confines of the city itself.
Get ready to roll your eyes cause guess what... This is my first mod. Ta daaa!
Current Features:
- Aesthetic changes to the inside and outside of the city.
- Player office in the new tower built into the Palace of Kings.
- Small script allowing the player to earn income from the new factories.
- Unvoiced Dialogue for NPC's that provide some background information.
- Improved docks for Windhelm.
- Bombards on the city walls. Why? Cause when you have a lot of money and goods going in and out of a city you need something that says Hey you! You might wanna go attack someplace else!

Compatibility:
Windhelm Industrialized should be compatible with most other mods that change or overhaul the city. I've tried to make this mode compatible with these other overhauls as I've found that they compliment each other very well.
I highly recommend using:
Fine Goods From Morrowind_The Gray Quarter - Dragonborn
Dawn of Windhelm
Windhelm Industrialized is now 95% compatible with Open Cities. There are few odd things going on above the gray quarter but they shouldn't be too noticeable so long as your not levitating all over the place.
Open Cities
Planned Features:
- More floors to the new office tower.
- Dialogue for new company staff and factory worker NPCs
- Script to change the banners to either Storm-cloak or Imperial colors.
- Industrialization of other cities.
Any suggestions for improvement or features that you want to see added are welcome and will receive serious consideration.
Known Complications:
- LOD issues. This issue has been addressed in the latest version, however there may still be some occasional hiccups now and then.
- FPS drops. This mod adds a lot of crap and some PCs might not be able to handle it so good.
This mod has been cleaned with TES5 edit.
Installation:
Use the NMM or just manually drop the esp into the data folder and the script into the scripts folder.
