Does that sound exaggerated? Probably, but I mean it genuinely. It makes me so sad that this mod was never finished because of how much it could've been. I know now that it'll never get finished, since it's almost been a decade since it's last update, but I still hope. To be honest, I don't really expect the modder to finish the whole thing as originally described, I just wish they'd add a small update maybe adding a few buildings and removing the teases for future content that will never come. Overall, I just wish that npcs would recognise it's over, give the mod an actual ending.
At the very least I wish the author would give a status update, saying that it won't be finished and maybe why, but most importantly passing the mod onto someone, or even giving everyone permission to give it a shot.

The second is that I am going to work on this project if I get the permission to do so.
Third is what he had planned for the Third Tier, which is quoted below from the developer site: -Third tier for city, with better buildings! -Alliance possibilities, trade opportunities, and eventually war! -A diplomat, and a court wizard -Ability to hold court with the officials of your town -Bigger scale internal decisions -Eventual overhaul of the exterior, giving you choices about decoration! -When it is complete, voice work being done for npcs -Trade depots for income -Stable for cross-mod compatibility -Follower barracks for cross-mod compatibility
The fourth thing is that I am going to be doing an auditions page for the Mod's Missing Voices, as well as asking a few Community Modders for Help.
The fifth thing is that I might not get an automatic response today.
The sixth and final thing is that it will also be apart of a project of mine that requires: -This mod with the other 'Build Your Own (Building)' Mods; -All of the big survival mods from the skyrimsurvival site (I will be making the never made ones); -A new 'CCOR' Mod (made by me); -A new 'Guild Maker' Mod by me; -A new 'Perk Tree Menu Set' mod by me; -The Uncapper / Legacy / Requiem Mods; -Various Civil War / New Class / Character Creation mods; -Various Creature / Dragon / New Race / Follower / NPC / Children / PC mods; -Various Audio / Texture / User Interface / Aesthetics / Body, Face, And Hair / Animation mods; -Various Alchemy / Armour / Brew / Cloth / Cook / Homestead / Smithy / Weapon Mods; --And most of the mods by these members: --Yukl --TkTk1 --DualSun --XP32 --Fore --EnaiSiaion --MTichenor --HothTrooper44 --Mihail --ZeroFrost --UltimateImmersion
