   i'm new to modding and installed this mod with nmm but my lydia doesnt looks like the ones in pictures. also how they are wearing different clothes in the pictures?

      yes. same to me, my lydia hair look good, its purple, but i wonder, why there is no option to change the hair, like picture for example, how to change the hair anyway ??

    Used NMM to install, and manually installed but no change to Lydia at all

       happened to me
       listen install her manually and put her last mod in ur data files through skyrim launcher ( important to put her last mod )
