* Now requires SKSE 1.7.0 or later. This avoids the need for the "Case of <Drink>" placeholder items, and allows for improved compatibility with other mods (for example, SkyRe no longer requires a patch).
* Significantly improved script performance (~10x faster to initialize a new save file, ~4x faster to apply regional variations after traveling).
* Added regional inventories for the Khajiit caravans and Peddlers, with a twist: their regional supplies are inverted (they sell more of what's scarce nearby) because they travel around importing things.
* Added regional inventories for wilderness Hunters, who sell raw meat and animal parts.
* Inns no longer sell raw meat or animal parts because they're more akin to restaurants than grocery stores.
* Improved hold border detection to ensure that the correct regional variations are applied before encountering Khajiit caravans, Peddlers or Hunters near a border (configurable via MCM).
* Added merchant journals scattered around the world which contain hints about potentially profitable trade routes, so they don't have to be found by trial and error.
* Added a new book "Ten Truths of Trading" to provide in-game hints about how to be a profitable traveling merchant. One copy exists in a specific place, but it can also be found or purchased at random.
* Added a random handful of common books to the inventory of all General Goods merchants (configurable via MCM).
* Added Quest Effects for Falion's Secret and Retaking Thirsk.
* Extended the Quest Effect for Sanuarach Mine, so the economic result depends on how the player chooses to resolve the situation.
* Soul Gems now have different regional price and supply patterns for empty and filled gems, based on their different respective origins and uses.
* Spell Tomes now have different regional prices for each school of magic (but supplies are unchanged - they are already "regional" in the base game).
* Many items which used to have only 3 possible price levels now have 4 or 5.
* Made many small adjustments to regional price and supply patterns and Speech Scaling presets.
* Combined the "Reinit This Save" and "Revert VendorGold Lists" special functions into the more general "Uninstall" function which can serve both purposes, depending if the mod is still installed after reloading.
* Added advanced supply tuning options to control the regional merchant supply of items which are not used in any primary or secondary trade routes (configurable via MCM).
* Added automatic built-in support for several additional mods by other authors.
* When upgrading from 1.x your MCM options will be preserved, with the exception of Price Anchor and Min Food/Ingredient Prices, because these options have new defaults which are recommended. If you don't like the new defaults, just change them again.
