I quite like this mod! For a long time, I used the Breezehome Fully Upgradable mod, but in my latest playthrough, I had some issues pop up with it. So instead of trying to fix them, decided to look at the TNF version as I used them for the other homes. And right off the bat, didn't want it due to the firepit in the floor was still there... But a friend of mine was using this version of TNF, which has a proper fireplace!
However, I have 3 issues with this mod. The first, and biggest IMO, is you've left that ugly rock patch near the front door! >< Please do something with it, a bigger garden, animal pen, some benches, something!
Second is that the new bed isn't Immersive Beds compatible. Not sure if that's something that needs to be done on the IB modders end or yours.
If you saved the game while the mod is active, then the items may be added to the house permanently. If you go to an earlier save that didn't have the mod active yet, then there is no way it could be affected by my mod if it's uninstalled properly.
Double-check that you are sure you don't have it installed.
It's Breezehome, the vanilla player home in Whiterun. In the outside shot, Elianora is using another mod that adds lots of trees to the city.

Do you have any other mods that alter Breezehome? Sounds like something is resetting the bed markers. Load my mod last or at the bottom of the in the load order.
I did. I have no other mods that alter Breezehome other than the personal music mod for player homes but I disabled that, put your mod at the bottom and still didn't work.
Nevermind, I found out what went wrong. I bought the house before downloading the mod as well as thier bed room. I had to buy another house such as the one in Markarth and a children's bedroom there too. I moved them over to Markarth, went back to Whiterun's steward and replaced their bedroom with an alchemy lab, went in and out of Breezehome(with mod enabled), went back to steward to get the chidren's bedroom back, went back to Markarth and told my kids to move back into Whiterun and now they get to sleep in their new room.

I have smoke coming from the floor where the fire pit used to be . I believe its from elfx enhancer. For the life of me I cant figure out how to make it go away with tes5edit.I have this mod loaded last, yet its still there. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?
