this is a modders resource
this saves you the trouble of making the hearthfires house or empty'in the junk out of it taking forever.

the house is similar to Lakeview, Heljarchen and windstad but slightly altered you can check the pictures to see how so.
all full hand Navmeshed (may need altering when you have added everything)

there is some more information to give like the cell id is "A1Whit3sResourceManor" and that there is no doors only the entrance door.

so the cell only has
the floor, walls, roof and 1 door

also if you have the chance please post a comment on what your thinking of making with it or already have made with it.
for example ive made a few houses using this to keep my followers in because i make too many follower mods i only make follower mods for my own personal use that is i dont think i have what it takes to compare to some follower mods out there.
