A player house just to the east of the bridge between Riverwood and the path to Whiterun. The house is inside the White River.

This custom player home is located in the middle of the White River, just outside of Riverwood. The home has plenty of safe storage, a bed for sleeping, bookshelves, a forge and smelter, a tanning rack, an alchemy and enchanting laboratory as well as alchemist and enchanting merchants, a custom follower, and plenty of items to take. It is also a discoverable location to which you can fast travel. All change notes can be read in the "To Subscribers" series of books. Thank you for downloading my mod! I hope you enjoy it!
