I have found the solution. Follow the instructions for un-installation the mod author has told us in the description. This is either deleting it with a mod manager or deleting the files manually. This may have actually worked but if not follow the next steps.

    1. Just save the game as you normally would but make sure your not in first person.
    2. Exit the game and if you want a clean, vanilla game delete all your mods from the Steam Workshop and Nexus Mod Manager.
    3. Go into your Skyrim Saves file under this directory: Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves and copy and paste all your saves into a new folder on you desktop.
    4. Delete the the Skyrim file you find under this directory: Documents/My Games/Skyrim
    5. Delete the Skyrim file you find under this directory: Windows (C: )/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim
    6. Then go onto steam library and right click on Skyrim. Click Uninstall or Delete Local Content.
    7. Wait a few seconds then hit install and wait for it to install.
    8. Play Skyrim an start a new character and play until you've escaped Helgen Keep.
    9. Exit Skyrim and then copy all you old saves from the folder you made earlier into the Skyrim saves folder.

Done! You shouldn't have any issues. The reason I went to such measures is because i alway's play in first person and I literally couldn't play Skyrim.
    Thanks!
