   When ever I'm in first person the arrows always fly way above where my crosshair is and when im in third person its slightly more accurate.

      You can try to get the mod to disable to itself temporally while in aiming with a bow. Just look for the config file and search for {BowAimingInVanillaFirstPerson}. Under a couple of lines is "disable". Delete it.
      
      Or if you don't want the mod during combat search for {CombatInVanillaFirstPerson} and do the same for that.

      Disable headtracking for your aiming profile.
