He has... issues... Like, he is usually only spawnable through console commands
(To spawn him, type Player.Placeatme 3c010003 OR 3f010003)
((3c010003 spawns him naked, 3f010003 spawns him in companion armor

THIS CHARACTER IS OVERPOWERED, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Reason he is so powerful is because Skyrim is Post-Arena, The Eternal Champion is most likely at Tiber Septim's level at this point.)
