I rather like this place, compact, convenient, full featured in fact without being ostentatious. Could use a little stocking, a few chests or baskets to make it look less deserted. Not sure the navmesh is complete... I've tried to entice followers into the spring under the main house but they suddenly head back up the ladder. I'm sure that hitting TFC would show they were standing almost directly above me on the main floor. So much for getting a group shot of player and followers relaxing after a hard day of adventuring. I've also observed NPCs sandboxing move right up to it, turn around and sandbox away.
If its empty and to be self decorated, how the heck do you decorate it your self, do u have ask someone for the furniture or can your craft it, or what happens ?? just asking
I love this house! Simple, yet I have everything I need. Its is great if you like to decorate your home yourself. I have been waiting for a simple house in Riverwood that includes a bookcase and an enchanting table. It does need to be cleaned though. I did it myself, no big deal. EDIT: It seems to be navmeshed too. Followers work fine.
