Dress is from Retextured TM BallGown conversion for UNP body http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31226//? I used those meshes to replace some of the vanilla dresses by myself, the original mod does not replace anything..
If youre intrested, here is also a customizeble replacer package mod for UNP armor and clothes for easy mix and match of different replacers, it has the original TM Ballgowns as one option- those have different textures though: UNP Armor Replacer Package by MaddBomber83 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34102//?
It will respawn if the vanilla leveled lists etc. in named npcs pockets actually respawn in Skyrim. Lists in guards and such generic npcs pockets should definetely respawn.
However, not sure if named npcs inventories allways respawn once they have been set: poking around peoples pockets with my older char their gold did not respawn even after waiting for cell reset, and when trying to find info about that around the web I read many posts on the topic that claimed it does not respawn. If anyone can confirm if it respawns, I´d be happy to know too.
