Description:
You can find Jurgen Windcaller's Armor in High Hrothgar.
First you need to compleat The Horn Of Jurgen Windcaller quest to pick up armor, if you do not compleat it and trying to stole it, Greybeards will attack you!

-Jurgen Windcaller's Armor (Greybeard's Armor)
-Fully Enchantment
-Jurgen Windcaller's Robe (Clothing) - 25% reduction on all spells cast, +50 Magicka, 150% extra Magicka regeneration.
-Jurgen Windcaller's Hood (Clothing) - 50 Magicka, Dragons do 25% less melee damage, and 50% extra Magicka regeneration.
-Jurgen Windcaller's Boots (Clothing) - Increases magic resistance by 35%, and carrying capacity increased by 50.
-Wearing all three pieces of Jurgen Windcaller's Armor grants the effect "The Way of the Voice" - Time between shouts is reduced 30%.

THINGS THAT WORK NOW:
-The armor itself functions fine.
-Enchantment functions fine.
-Support for both male and female characters.
-Support for Khajiit and Argonians.
-Size scaling for males and females.
-Guard will see you as a mage.

THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK NOW:
-None

1.1 - Replaced 25% destruction with 25% dragon infusion (Jurgen Windcaller's Hood)
1.2 - "Time between shouts is reduced" enchantment was 2000% (MY BAD) now is reduced to 20% (Jurgen Windcaller's Hood)
1.3 - Replaced "Time between shouts is reduced 20%" with "Regenerate Magicka 50%" (Jurgen Windcaller's Hood)
1.4 - Added Full Set Bonus "The Way of the Voice"
1.5 - Full Set Bonus "The Way of the Voice" visual fix in active effects
