I highly recommend use this mod with Important Information Overhaul by Apollodown, they fit perfectly together http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52471/?
On both mods you can set values in which you get breath sound effect and the visual effect depending on your stamina/health/magicka % left.
Welp i converted it for sse and got it to work but no sounds, all is enabled in the mcm and volume up and i hear nada so maybe something in skyrim broke it :/
I can't get this mod to work. No matter how many times I change the settings or refresh, no heavy-breathy audio. I even tried reinstalling it, but that didn't work at all.
EDIT: Everything I have tried; * Turning off Health and Stamina, then turning them back on * Refreshing the mod * Saving and reloading the game * Checking the .ini * Increasing the percentage of when the breaths should occur * Deleting, then reinstalling the mod * Checking the audio levels in Settings * Switching from Immersive Sounds - Compendium to Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2 * Changing the load order (I know it said it doesn't matter, but it didn't hurt to try) * Starting a new game * Deactivating Exhausted (another mod) * Seeing if it needs cleaning with TES5Edit
Any other methods I missed? I really want to use this mod, but I can't seem to get it to work.
EDIT CHAPTER 2: So I tried to check the mod with the Creation Kit, and I can't even play the audio file. Does that mean the mod's broken, or it got corrupted?
I'm guessing this mod goes great with another mod known as "Exhausted"! http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29826/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D29826%26preview%3D&pUp=1
Although this mod and the one I have linked to have very similar titles, they seem to do two totally different things and should be compatible. The mod I linked to says in the description that it provides Visual feedback when health, stamina, or magicka is low... While this mod will provide Audible feedback in terms of breathes!
So install both mods so you can play without a HUD!
im realyl sick of seeing mods that do things that already happen in the vanilla game. i play without a hud... i still know when these bars are low because skyrim plays sounds for them.

(I came by to see how bad, because I'm sick of "small" mods causing lag & bloat)
