this is a fix by AlekseiVasiliev for Fallout New Vegas that I slightly modified to be used in Skyrim for people having frame rate drop issues and graphic glitches with ATI/AMD video cards.
DROP FILE IN THE SKYRIM DIRECTORY NOT THE DATA DIRECTORY.
My apologies, I forgot to include install directions I have tried to add but Comcast is having issues in my area and they have been slow to fix the problem, LOL! like that's a surprise!!!
