This mod either removes projectile trails completely
or enables them all the time.

So have you ever seen real Arrows leaving behind a trail? I haven´t.
ProjectileTrails - Never will remove* the trail effect from all projectiles.

Don´t care about realism in Skyrim and like the trails, even can´t get enough of them?
ProjectileTrails - Ever will make the projectiles leave behind a trail no matter the speed or distance they fly.
CLARIFICATION:
The trail will not reach from the shooter to the impact place.
It still has vanilla lenght, sticks to the projectile and disappears after impact.

With ProjectileTrails - Ever sometimes trails won´t show when shooting the projectile. I don´t know why that is.

*does not really remove the trail, rather makes the conditions for the trail to show up extremely hard to meet. :)
