and if a guard has a helm that you can't see their face like some guards have that are fullhelm linked to armor from neck when you cut their head off you need to loot the helm for head to go
to get it 100% never fail is imposible if you are not the way you need to be to do it if you put tdetect then it is more likley to work and tlc will make it happen more and you might need to have the skill to do it
ok so like the 100% chance doesn't work, any specific way to have it work like dual weild, single handed only or 2 handed weapons? cuz each time i hit it should do an execution move since it's 100 but doesn't
