I fixed Lisette up to be a follow or you can marry her. And if you want you can do both!
You will need to use the SetRelationShipRank console command because she has no quest to raise her disposition. just enter the console, select her and type: SetRelationShipRank Player 4
If the dialogue does not come up for either follow or marriage, you will need to refresh her AI to have the mod. just enter the console, select her and type: resurrect

Main file 1.3 she is nearly completely vanilla, spell is healing, lightfook perk, essential, dual wield 1h. has original default outfit. If you want naked use an older version. bat file not included in main version.
made essential and will level up as a follower, added some basic magic and she will now dual wield 1h weapons if there is no shield in inventory.
bat file included to set her or any NPC's health, magicka, and stamina. defaulted to 300 in the bat but you can increase or decrease.
Now Optional Lisette's 1 with no bard faction, marriage and follower capable. The other she should use destruction magic in her left hand and a sword in her right.
