Mage-Friendly Dragon Priest Masks

This mod I whipped up in 5 seconds changes the following Dragon Priest masks:

- Vokun (Conjuration, Illusion and Alteration spells cost 20% less to cast)
- Morokei (Magicka recharge rate increased by 100%)
- Nahkriin (+50 magicka, Destruction and Restoration spells cost 20% less)

to be classified as clothing, including removal of their armor ratings. This allows pure mage characters to take advantage of the Alteration tree's Mage Armor perk while keeping items that were obviously intended for them.
