This is a simple mod that add weapons and armor to certain specialist type Thalmor. Specialist types include:

Shock Troopers
Bansheep spellswords
Blackguard assassins
Grenadier crossbowmen
Valenwood conscripts (Bosmer)
Elsweyr conscripts (Khajiit)

There are also boss type characters of each specialist type that spawn at higher levels
Caution, new thalmor characters are balanced according to scaling of Skyrim Unleashed. They are tougher than normal. Then again, it would not be fun if they were pushovers.

Load after bashed patch if you do not want Thalmor using "non-thalmor" elven weapons.
