Patchs for ETaC are outdated. Do not install them with ETAC 11.x

Install this only if you use Better Towns Textures and Better Mills Textures. You need Better Towns Textures.esp and Better Mills Textures.esp. Do not install patchs from the main archives, or uninstal them if you did, and then, download this.
