Added potion effects as armor enchantments

1: Allows you to add any armor enchantment to any armor/Cloths parts.
(Boots, Gloves, Body Wear, Head Wear, & Shields, Amulets and Rings.

2: Adds New armor enchantments & enchanted items to the game.
(Spell Duration & Power, Items avalible at Lv20 and up)

3: New! armor enchant, Fortify Enchanting, the max % you can add is 32% bonus to
enchanting, it sucks but thats the way to game works i guess.

:_________________________Side-Info______________________________:
1: Preset Duel Enchantments still have part restrictions.

2: Making Alchemy/Smithing 7 peice gears with all enchanting perks
will make potions with effects close to elixirs for alchemy,
smithing.

3: Having a MOD that adds 2nd equipable rings to the game will make
8 peice gears and will make potions as powerful as elixirs,
In terms of smithing, alchemy....Legendary is still hard(I hate Arrows).

4: Other potions that fortify skills like 1-handed, heavy armor, archery,
lockpicking, with 7/8 peice armor, will be around 100%.

5: About the Max enchanting bonus, with all the right enchanting
perks, it will come to 27%, equip the item and enchant another,
that should bring it up to 31%, its all you need, fortify
enchanting will go to 32% but that changes nothing for the
other enchanments.

6: new reachable Enchant %'s for skills like 1-handed, heavy armor,
archery, lockpicking, should be 52%, resistances between 50%-90%.

Catacombs To Hell:
With Multible Diablo-Like dungeons, they are sealed away from Skyrims surface, Filled with traps and creatures that make these places Very Dangerous, deeper in the dungeons is a gate and a gate-guardien that seals the demons from getting out, past the gate are many powerful demons that would tear apart a mammoth like piranha, deeper down, past those demons, is Hell!, everything is on fire, smoldering rivers, and many more demons with Large Devil Lords, and an Evil Demi-God, Ruler Of Hell.
The daedra Have Learned a lot from Hells teachings, there armor and weapons seem the same, but fail! in comparison to there Strangth and effects, as the Daedric's were not forged in the Hell Forge.
Evil magic, Weapons & Armors can be forged here as long as nothing is trying to kill you.
