As a request, I've added white arrows icons and icons without flare.

I use Object Dock and the regular icon looks low res next to my Games icons so I made a few variations to enjoy. I kept the original look but with a glassy 3d effect.
Installation:
- Unzip the file
- Select the Nexus Mod Manager Icon and right-click then chose change icon (object dock & Rocket dock) or properties than Customize and click Change Icon (windows)
