for don\'t know how using this file....

put downloaded file to Documents\\My Games\\Skyrim\\CME_save folder.
if there not CME_save forder, just make one.

now you can choose that face in racemenu.(if you correctly installed ECE)
start newgame, or use \'showracemenu\' consol.
select breton women, then move to \"slot load\" and just push right direction key. then popup window showup. then select \"next\" and select \"slot 1\".

after that, you can freely choose rest of part. like hair, make up...this is not include hair mods.
