After 1000 hours playtime and five mods published, I(author) am leaving SKYRIM. Now, you are free to modify all my five TNF house mods; including releasing bug fixes or improving on the features my file adds to the game, and upload it as a separate file, publish it as your own mod without asking, as long as you give me proper credits.
I realize this mod is about as half-dead as you can get, but I've got a problem I don't know what triggers it, but after some time my bed duplicates itself some couple feet closer to the door. It's not very pretty, and I can't delete the extra bed with console commands. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, since I love this house, and I'd rather not leave it just yet
in console click on the duplicate disable markfordelete
That doesn't work? Particularly the markfordelete command? It should have an effect after you leave the cell and return, or save and reload the game(to make sure the interior get flushed from and cached instance).
Having a really bad time with these TNF house mods. All of them seem to have an issue where I can see the void that is the unloaded area in many instances. Going to guess it's because of my poor specs or lack of editing... something. Any answers?
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "unloaded areas"?
It sounds like you're describing the effect of using occlusion planes. Are you using the mod 'Project Optimization?' That mod adds (unless you select the 'no homes' version) occlusion planes to all the player buyable homes that make it so the game doesn't load objects that would be obsucured behind walls etc. which helps with performance. Since the TNF modded homes change the layout a bit, the plans no longer match up with the layout/architecture.
Not sure if that's your issue, but hope it helps someone having this issue if they see this!
I had the same problem and was seeing green walls and flooring. Changing my "Skyrim Project Optimization" mod from the "Full Version" to the "No Homes - Full Version" fixed the problem.
This is AMAZING!!! Now Hjerim became beautiful and cosy place. My favourite house although i have not seen houses in Markarth and Solitude yet. My Skirim as usually have a common bug with purchasing upgrades so i did it using console commands. When i came into weaponry there were mannequins staring at me. They were ALIVE. It was really scary. Thanks a lot and sorry for bad eng.

All the crafting stations.
Less useless furniture and clutter just to take up room.
The Housecarls now have a nice little room for themselves, complete with clothing and armor storage.
The new little details that are added don't go so overboard that there's a significant frame rate drop.
Some very innovative use of vanilla items to make new furiture.
New rooms including baths.
Hjerim here, which is the coldest feeling of the homes now feels cozy and welcoming while still retailing its rugged northern city vibe.
