DESCRIPTION
-----------------------------------------------------
This mod is a simple perk conditions fix for skyre Blood Magic (and also made blood magic effect shader temporary)
in the official skyre guide it is said :
"Blood Magic also nerfs all healing effects received from spell or potion by 90 %"
e.g. cast a 100 points healing spell, only increase your health by 10
(assuming the spell has an original magicka cost of zero and therefore won't drain your health at the same time)
or drink a 40 points healing potion and recieve only 4 points of increase to your health
another way to see it is that you need to drink 10 times more potions of healing to get the same effect

The Problem :
-In skyre 1.3.02, this blood magic effect doesn't work as intended and only affects potions & all potions (even stamina & magicka potions)
The fix :
-changed a few conditions so this applies to all healing sources

INSTALLATION
-----------------------------------------------------
-just install it with nmm & order it below skyremain_fix.esp (that comes from Unofficial Skyrim Redone Patch by ExImIeR)

I suggest using BOSS & use custom rules or BUM to reorder my mod correctly.


Additional technical details for advanced users

-this patch can be "merged" with the Unofficial Skyrim Redone Patch by ExImIeR
just open both in TES5Edit & use "copy as override into" then delete this esp from skyrim data folder
beware that you're doing this stuff at your own risk, neither me nor ExImIeR will be held responsible for any
mistake you might make in the process.

Uninstall
-----------------------------------------------------
-there's absolutely no reason to uninstall this but just deleting it should cause no problem since it's just a perk override, deleting it will revert to skyre default.
of course if you decide to uninstall skyre, this should also be removed and a new game restarted

forgot to package the changes to magic effect shader not being persistant

changed magic effect to not be persistent since it can cause a heavy slow down with graphic cards in First Person as well as difficulties to view the environment
changed the conditions to fix some issues with some magic effects being affected
(for example : if you equipped enchanted armor while under blood magic, it would affect it)
I'm reluctant at directly pointing the conditions to healing spells so as to ensure that best compatibility with spell mods that would add healing spells. Currently as long as they are in restoration school and got the right keywords it should work
