Current restrictions will be loosened in version 2 so that players can use any
enchantment, without the need to unlock perks first. Instead, enchanted items
will be less effective until you gain some practice using them. This is where the
new learning system comes in. Besides unlocking perks, players will also
improve their skill with a specific enchantment just by using it. In this way,
even warriors who don't invest in Enchanting at all can enjoy an added layer
of strategy through devotion to particular enchantments.
